Hi, I'm Amanda.
I run Three Mules Marketing & PR—a boutique digital marketing business based in Paris, Tennessee. I work with small business owners who need real marketing help without the corporate runaround.
No team of account managers. No templates. No trying to be everything to everyone.
Just me, working directly with a limited number of clients to build their digital presence, drive actual results, and give them the kind of attention most agencies promise but never deliver.
One Expert. Selective Client List. Your Business Gets Priority.
How I Got Here
My background isn't typical for a marketer, and honestly, that's probably why I'm good at what I do.
I have a BS in Journalism with a focus on PR and Advertising. That's the official credential. But the real education came from spending 15 years working in hospitality—before, during, and after college.
Most people hear "server and bartender" and think it's not a "real job." I used to worry about that too. But here's what I learned slinging drinks during dinner rush that most marketers never figure out:
How to build systems under pressure.
When you're managing six tables, three drink orders, and a kitchen that's running behind, you either develop ruthless efficiency or you crash. You learn to optimize every movement. You spot bottlenecks instantly. You find your flow, and once you're in it, you execute flawlessly.
I carried that same mindset into every job I've had since. Office work. Marketing roles. My own business. I've always been the person who looks at a process and thinks, "There's a faster, smoother way to do this." Then I build the system and prove it works.
That's what I bring to your marketing: systematic efficiency that actually delivers.
Why I Built Three Mules This Way
After years of working in marketing—learning what works, what doesn't, and why most agencies fail their clients—I knew I wanted to do this differently.
I take on a limited number of clients. Not because I'm trying to be exclusive. Because I refuse to let quality slip. When you work with me, you get my full attention. You're not account #47 being managed by someone who's never spoken to the business owner.
I work directly with you. No account managers. No games of telephone. When you call, I answer. When you email, I respond. When there's a problem, I fix it. When something works, we scale it. Simple.
I believe marketing is research and development, not magic. Every campaign is a structured hypothesis. Every dollar you spend generates market intelligence. I don't promise overnight success—I promise a systematic approach that compounds over time. Some campaigns fail. That's data. We learn, we adjust, we improve.
I'm always learning. Marketing changes constantly. Algorithms shift. Platforms evolve. Consumer behavior adapts. I don't pretend to have all the answers—I stay curious, I test relentlessly, and I bring that learning to every client I work with.
I tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear. If your website needs fixing before we run ads, I'll tell you. If SEO is going to take six months to show results, I'll tell you. If a strategy won't work for your budget or timeline, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose a client by being honest than take money knowing I can't deliver.
My Approach
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all marketing. Every business is different. Every audience is different. Every goal is different.
But there are principles that work across the board:
Foundations matter. You can't run successful Meta ads if your website is broken. You can't scale SEO if your content is thin. You can't build a brand if your messaging is inconsistent. I start with the foundation—always.
Data drives decisions. I don't guess. I test, measure, analyze, and optimize. Marketing should be treated like R&D: structured experiments that generate insights you can act on.
Efficiency compounds. The first time I do something, it takes longer. The second time, I've learned. By the tenth time, I've built a system that works. That's how I can deliver high-quality work without burning through your budget.
Strategic thinking matters more than tactics. Anyone can run a Facebook ad. What separates good marketing from wasted money is understanding why you're running it, who you're targeting, what you're testing, and how it fits into the bigger picture.
What It's Like Working With Me
I'm responsive. You won't wait days for replies. I treat your time like it matters—because it does.
I'm systematic. I've built workflows and processes for everything I do. That means consistent quality, predictable timelines, and no surprises.
I'm direct. I don't speak in marketing jargon. I explain things in plain language. If something's working, I'll tell you. If something's not, I'll tell you that too—and what we're going to do about it.
I'm realistic. SEO takes months. Websites take time to build right. Meta ads require testing before they scale. I'll never overpromise just to close a deal.
I'm invested. When I take you on as a client, I'm all in. Your success is my success. I'm not interested in churning through accounts—I want long-term partnerships where we build something real together.
